SSL technology protects purchasing transactions by encryption and authenticates the owners of a website. Dental Toy Box uses “Cookies” to recognize you and your preferences to make shopping easier and provide a customized experience on our web site. For receiving and transmitting customer payment information Authorize.net implements the most advanced internet security protocols including 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL). On top of that, they consistently employ an extensive number of strong practices, procedures, and industry leading technologies to maintain tight security for the entire payment gateway system.
Our servers are located in Level 3’s Tampa secure data center. It is one of the 70+ centers the billion dollar corporation operates. The facility is protected from unauthorized entry by a dual stage two factor system. The security system consists of RF card with PIN number access for external entry and palm scan biometric security for internal access to the datacenter. 24-hour security is present to watch over those with access to the equipment. If that is not enough, the servers are enclosed in a locked enclosure.
